Influence of Administrative Factors on Learning Outcome of Secondary School Students in Oyo State

Abstract

This study examined the Influence of Administrative Factors on Learning Outcome of Secondary School Students in Oyo State, a Case Study of Oyo West Local Government Area. The study investigated how educational environment, effective method of teaching, leadership style, class size, and time affect the academic performance of students. This study is significant because it will make known to both the students and teachers the administrative factors that relate to academic performance of secondary school students. This will however help both students and teachers in other areas of continent to adopt and use the findings of this study for their benefit. The study is limited to Oyo State of Nigeria and some sampled schools in Oyo West Local Government Area.

A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. For research questions and hypothesis were raised and formulated to guide the study.
